I wonder why in the making of Pokemon X & Y that Pokemon wanted to copy off Digimon. It's too extra for me.

How come the Kanto & Hoenn starter Pokemon have mega evolutions but the Johto starters still don't?

I have a feeling that Mega Dragonite will be a Dragon/Fairy type in the upcoming Pokemon Legends Z-A game.
