Well my friends, we live about 800 meters from the beach in Puerto la Cruz, this beach is the one that is located along the boulevard of the promenade "La Cruz y el Mar", formerly known as "El Paseo Colon", I tell you that my wife and I used to walk 3 to 4 times a week along the beach, but due to a health problem that my wife presented in her knee, two years ago we stopped doing it, but today I wanted to walk along the beach with my wife, to resume those walks in front of the beautiful landscape of the Bay of Pozuelos in Puerto la Cruz, so this morning I began to walk with my wife along the beach, my wife was in charge of taking some pictures of this pleasant walk. I confess that both my wife and I felt very good about this walk. The fresh air, the morning breeze, and the sound of the ocean waves filled us with energy. Honestly, we felt good and very relaxed. So, from now on, we will start walking again along this beautiful beach, because walking in the morning is very beneficial for your health, and even more so when we walk along the beach. I also tell you that we were able to observe many people walking along the beach and others exercising. There was even a group of people exercising with dance therapy.
