Parece solo una flor cierto ? Pero si observas detalladamente, la verdad es que son cientos ó incluso miles de pequeñas flores dispuestas en forma de espiral; Todas bien organizadas alrededor del centro del girasol, esperando girar para contemplar la trayectoria del sol a lo largo del día, dándole esto su característico nombre.

Motivados por la misma *contemplación de la naturaleza,* viajamos a Turen, una de las principales ciudades del estado Portuguesa en Venezuela, para volver a ver un espectáculo visual que tenía años ausente en estas tierras: Los Campos de Girasoles 🌻
>Motivated by the same *contemplation of nature,* we traveled to Turen, one of the main cities of the state of Portuguesa in Venezuela, to see again a visual spectacle that had been absent for years in these lands: The Sunflower Fields 🌻.
Por 6 años esperó Turén para que sus agricultores volvieran a este rubro agrícola único en Venezuela; Fueron aproximadamente unas 2.500 hectáreas sembradas que pintaron de amarillo los Campos de Portuguesa. El motivo principal era la elaboración de aceites de origen Vegetal; Pero en el camino éstos productores se encontraron con otra fuente de ingreso que no se imaginaban: **El Turismo.**
>For 6 years Turén waited for its farmers to return to this unique agricultural activity in Venezuela; there were approximately 2,500 hectares planted that painted the Portuguesa fields yellow. The main motive was the elaboration of vegetable oils; but on the way these producers found another source of income that they did not imagine: **Tourism.**

Es impresionante la cantidad de personas atraídas desde los distintos estados del país, para venir a contemplar y a conocer el **POR QUÉ** a Portuguesa se le conoce como *"El Granero de Venezuela"*. Un espectáculo visual que no dura muchos días, ya que una vez que la semilla es sembrada dura aproximadamente unos 60 días hasta su floración 🌻 y esta floración no dura sino hasta unos 15 días.
>It is impressive the amount of people attracted from different states of the country, to come to contemplate and to know the **WHY** Portuguesa is known as *"The Granary of Venezuela"*. A visual spectacle that does not last many days, since once the seed is sown it lasts approximately 60 days until its flowering 🌻 and this flowering does not last until about 15 days.

Cuando contemplas la naturaleza te desconectas de la rutina diaria, el estrés y preocupaciones, inclusive este arte es contado como método de relajación en sesiones de Yoga al aire libre.
