I did it in line art and it's the character Cornealus, which I made a little different, so it wasn't just a floating eye. My idea was to make Cornealus with one hand, that is, the hand would be holding the character itself, so it wouldn't be alone and wouldn't look like just an eye there by itself. > Comienzo haciendo el boceto de lo que vendría siendo toda la composición del personaje. Mi idea fue hacer a Cornealus con una mano, es decir; la mano es la que estaría sosteniendo al personaje en sí y así, no hacerlo solo y no hacerlo ver como un ojo ahí solo. ||| |---|---| ||| I gave Cornealus horns and butterfly wings to give his original version a different touch. After sketching, I go over it with a moldable eraser to remove excess graphite pencil. > Le hice cuernos y alas de mariposa a Cornealus, para darle un toque distinto a su versión original. Lo que hago después de haber hecho el boceto, es pasar por encima de este un borrador moldeable para quitar el exceso de lápiz grafito.  Once I have cleaned up the sketch, I begin to add details to the entire drawing. I do this with two different mechanical pencils to create a little contrast in the drawing and avoid using only one type of line. One mechanical pencil has a thicker tip than the other, which helps me achieve that *“contrast”* in the drawing. > Cuando tengo limpio el boceto, lo que comienzo a hacer es detallar todo el dibujo. Lo hago con dos portaminas distintos, para hacer un pequeño trabajo de contraste en el dibujo y que no solo sea un solo tipo de linea, puesto a que un portaminas es de una punta mas gruesa que el otro, el cual me ayuda a conseguir ese *"contraste"* en el dibujo. ||| |---|---| ||| The last thing I do is add the finishing touches, such as adding a few sparkles, cleaning up the drawing a little if I've smudged it with graphite, and adding my signature.
