Very good start of the week for everyone, today I assure you that I did double what my scoreboard shows, 5k, but I couldn't have my cell phone close by because I was working in the field. It is certainly a very complete exercise, I spent some time waddling and some time picking coffee.
I didn't plant because I needed wellies and I wasn't prepared for that. They are not wrong when they say that there is nothing better than exercising outdoors, the connection with nature allows you to fill yourself with life, because not only your body heals but also your mind.
