Saludos, comunidad, el día de hoy fui al mercado de Quinta Crespo en Caracas. Este mercado es uno de los más visitados en la ciudad, ya que en él uno puede conseguir diferentes tipos de mercancías, tanto nacionales como importadas; además, por la competencia, siempre hay variedad de precios. Normalmente, el mercado está abierto de martes a domingo. El día lunes, es un día de descanso para los comerciantes y, en ocasiones, funciona como día de despacho para ciertos comercios que están fuera del mercado. Y justamente el día lunes, que es el día donde hay menor cantidad de gente y de negocios abiertos, es el día que en la casa usamos para ir a comprar los frutos secos y los productos imperecederos, los cuales se adquieren en diferentes comercios que están en la misma zona, pero que no tienen nada que ver con el mercado municipal. La verdad es que en estos comercios privados se consiguen muy buenos precios en lo referente a frutos secos, avena, granos y condimentos. Y los fines de semana, el comprar ahí se hace muy pesado, ya que, como tienen buenos precios, siempre hay que hacer colas para poder realizar la compra, y no sé a ustedes, pero a mí me molesta tener que hacer una cola para poder realizar una compra. En cuanto a los productos imperecederos, la competencia realmente es brutal, y hay que visitar los diferentes comercios, ya que los precios varían hasta en un 25%, y lo mejor es hacer este tipo de compras los días lunes, que es cuando está cerrado el mercado municipal y, además, no hay casi buhoneros o comercio informal en la calle. As for the imperishable products, the competition is really brutal, and you have to visit the different shops, since the prices vary by up to 25%, and it is best to do this type of shopping on Mondays, which is when the municipal market is closed and, in addition, there are almost no peddlers or informal trade on the street.
