The Charm of Dining In The City Forest by @anggreklestari
I suppose you did a perfect description of that place as an "urban jungle"! 😃 When you enter that narrow door, it does look like entering a magical forest, or like in the movies, when they enter a magic wardrobe that takes you to some magic place! It looks like a perfect place to escape from a busy town, relax, and have a meal or a drink with your favorite person...
Eclipse Time & The Magic of the Life [ENG] - El Tiempo del Eclipse Y la Magia de la Vida [ESP] by @duvinca
I saw the announcement of the upcoming lunar eclipse on the news, but I had completely forgotten about it. I remember it now as I read your words, although I'm afraid that in these latitudes we were in the same situation as you, with the sky almost completely covered by clouds, so I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it either. It's funny to read your words because all those questions and reflections you throw out there are the same ones I ask myself every time I look up at the sky. If it impresses us, who are accustomed to technological advances and increasingly less capable of being surprised, imagine what it must have been like for humans in ancient times. I imagine they would have been terrified by these phenomena, and even more so by solar eclipses when the light suddenly turned to darkness. I remember the only one I've ever seen, in 2005, and it still gives me goosebumps. It was impressive. Have a great start to the week.
Iniciativa en @zonadeescalofrio: La fobia en mi ADN y el miedo que creó a las otras (esp-eng) by @issymarie2
As you mention, I believe that phobias can come from birth, and here I tell you that, like many other things, they are called transgenerational. They are in your family tree for some reason, some trauma from an ancestor, and then phobias are created by some trauma or fear of your own. I would never post a meme or a GIF about these things. I know what fears are, especially the fear of spiders, which I analyzed and found came from the fear of my mother dying. Spiders represent the mother, and my grandfather had recently passed away when I developed this phobia that paralyzed me, even if it was a tiny spider. I got over it... a little. Now I can kill them.
Around Lake Mývatn (2) - the monochrome world of Hverfjall by @astinmin
Nature is always so amazing, and this place proves it. It doesn't matter that the environment and colors are monochromatic; that crater is absolutely beautiful. I also think about how wonderful a volcano or tornado or whatever it is that appears to be a disaster is, but then it passes and leaves behind wonderful landscapes. Looking at that photograph with people walking on the edge, I thought the same thing as you, how small we are and how we are here to admire greatness. Each photo is a delight. You have visited a unique place that is over 2,500 years old. It is a privilege, and that last photograph is majestic. Thank you for taking us to see this exotic place through your visit.
ALBUM REVIEW: “Man's Best Friend” - Sabrina Carpenter by @wiseagent
Strangely, I haven't listened to this new album yet, but thanks to you, I'm already putting it on. Last year, I really became obsessed with her; I love pop, and I think she was the best representative in 2024. I did know Sabrina's career, both from television and her early albums, and I was very happy to see her succeed in a big way last year. I don't think this new album will have the same impact, based on the first singles, but it will still be one of the most notable in 2025 😎
MOLANG AMIGURUMI. by @creacioneslelys
Molang is the perfect name for this charming character you have created, and your son's friend had this great idea. The pink colour makes it very cute, and those rosy cheeks add even more sweetness. When I see your creations, I feel that it comes very easily to you, which for me would be very difficult, and the results are beautiful characters. I'm so glad your son is doing better and not sleeping so much; it means his brain is responding very well to the treatment. You'll see that he'll recover quickly, especially with you by his side, which gives him security. I don't use photo editing apps on my phone, so I can't recommend any, but I'm sure someone here will.
