Hello everyone, happy sunday. I'm here again to show you how i prepared a delicious dish, Potatoes and spinach. Spinach is rich in vitamins as well as minerals like iron, calcium and potassium. It has antioxidant properties and it improves digestion. Eating it with potatoes is a good combination because they have similar health benefits.
ingredients
1 bunch of spinach
3 tubes of potatoes
1/2 cooking spoon of red oil
6 tomatoes
8 red pepper
1 onions
Salt to taste
Water....
preparation
I put my potatoes inside the tray, i use my knife to peel out the flesh and i cut it twice
I put them inside a bowl,i put water, i rinsed it, i poured out the water and i put a little salt and i wash it properly with my hand
Then i put my pot on fire, i put water, i poured my potatoes inside the pot, i put a little salt and i covered it to boil for 50mins
After 50mins, i opened my pot and i sieve out the remaining water inside my potatoes
i proceed to my vegetable
I seperated it, i cut it out of the stick,i put them inside a bowl and i arranged it with my hand for slicing
I wrapped it, i sliced it with my knife and i poured everything inside the bowl
Then i boiled some water for steaming, i poured the hot water inside my vegetable and i covered it to steam for 20mins. After 20mins i sieved out the water and rinsed my vegetables twice.
For my pepper
I rinsed my grater and my pepper. I sliced my onions and i grate my pepper and onion.
Then i put my pot on fire,i put my red oil inside the pot, i poured my pepper inside it and i put my salt. I covered it to fry for 20mins
After 20mins, i put my vegetables inside the pepper,i stired, i put little water and i covered it to steam together for 30mins.
My food is ready, yummy yummy😊🍛
