Some see a weed. Some see a wish.
We are all different flowers from the same garden.
There is always something bout dreamy pictures with lots of DOF (depth of field) and not to mention tons of bokeh! 💜
I can try and explain bokeh and DOF but it's so much easier to give examples. Here goes an explanation.
BOKEH According to Wikipedia: Bokeh (derived from Japanese boke ぼけ, a noun form of bokeru ぼける, "become blurred or fuzzy") is a photographic term referring to the appearance of out-of-focus areas in an image produced by a camera lens using a shallow depth of field.[1] Different lens bokeh produces different aesthetic qualities in out-of-focus backgrounds, which are often used to reduce distractions and emphasise the primary subject.
Depth of Field the distance between the nearest and the furthest objects that give an image judged to be in focus in a camera.
Here are some great examples of bokeh and DOF from some of my past photographs.
What do you think of them? I could list tons more but I think you get the point!? What pictures have you taken that has either bokeh or DOF? Inquiring minds would like to see! 🙂
