Hello my vegan lover how are you all doing today am submitting @qurators #topchef favourite lunch and I made my favourite lunch which is spaghetti and some veggies.
I will like to share my recipe
500g of spaghetti
1 onion
1 teaspoon of grounded pepper
1 green paper
7 small carrots
1½ cooking spoon soya oil
5g of green beans
1 searchet of tomato
3 piece of bay leaves
1 Teaspoon of salt
Cooking process
Opening my spaghetti and putting inside pot I added my water and allow it to cook small before I wash it
Step 2 scraping my carrot and wash it and my onion,my green beans and green paper
Step 3 slicing my carrot, green beans , green paper and onion then I set aside
Step 4
Is about 7 minutes so I bring out pot down and sieve the first water and I washed the spaghetti thoroughly
Step 5 I put my pot on fire put 1 cooking spoon oil, then I added my onions and my searchet tomato and turn then I added my bay leaves, ground paper
Step 6 I added my salt and added a little water and turned very well then I added my spaghetti and mix the stew very well
Shapely I put my frying pan on fire add my ½ cooking spoon oil and added my onions, carrots allowed it for like 50 seconds then I added my green beans and green paper and mix very well then I allowed it for like 2 minutes
After I stir-fry the veggies I then pour my veggies inside my spaghetti pot and I mixed very well and my spaghetti is ready guys
I really love cooking my spaghetti like this and it really came out nice
