How I Prepared My Vegetable Soup

Hello everyone how are you all doing my vegan lovers! Am so happy writing in this company today because I made a delicious vegetable soup which I want to share my recipe with you all. I really love to cook this soup because it really has health benefits that's good for our body. Pumpkin leaf is really good for our body because it boosts our immune system and aids digestion. Water leaf also has high water content that helps our body to maintain hydration and healthy skin so is really good for our body.

I have two types of making this soup the frying method and the cooking method but any which way both methods are superb. But today I did the frying method which am going to share my procedure

    Ingredients

1 bunch of pumpkin (150g)

300g water leaf

3 onions

1tsp of salt

2 cooking spoon of red oil

Half derica of fresh pepper

              Preparations

I started by adding salt to the water leaf and pumpkin leaf and i wash them thoroughly and make sure that they are very clean then I washed my onions and pepper.

After washing my veggies I started slicing them ,I sliced my pumpkin, water leaf and my onions then I pounded my hands

After preparing my veggies I set my pot on fire and added my red oil and allow it for about 2 minutes then I added my onions and pepper and turn Then I addedy water leaf and mixed very well then I cover my pot the water for about 4 minutes

I allowed the water leaf to dry it water before I added my pumpkin leaf Then I added my pumpkin leaf I and mixed the pumpkin and water leaf very well Lastly I added my salt and and turn and allow it for about a minute andy soup is done

This soup really came out nice and very delicious.you can eat it with swallow or white rice. Please tell me in the comments section the one you will like to eat with is it swallow or white rice?
