Hello my lovely guys how are you all doing i hope you all are doing great am glad to join this week contest @Qurator am really happy to be among.i fried egg with veggies and fruit which i will like to tell you all my step on how i prepared it.
My ingredients 4 eggs
2 small carrots
3 tomatoes
1 seasonings
9 red paper
Half small spoon of salt
Half cooking spoon groundnut oil
1 onion
1 cucumber
My preparation
Scraping my carrot and piling the back of my onion and washing my carrot, onion, tomatoes and pepper.
After washing i started to slice my carrot, onion, tomatoes and papper
After slicing i washed my egg then i brake it and use my turner to turn it for about 15 seconds then i added my salt and seasoning and turn for about 30 seconds again.
I now set my frying pan on fire and add my groundnuts oil,i heat my oil for like 5 seconds then i add my onion, carrot, paper,and tomatoes then i turn and allow it for like a minute
Then i added my egg and allowed for 2 minutes and turn and my fried egg is ready.
And i quickly wash my cucumber and slice it
And my fried egg with cucumber and carrots is ready guys
