My porridge beans and ripe plantain

Hello my foodies lovers how are you all doing tonight I made porridge beans with bripe plantain Which really came out nice and I want to share it with you guys.

I used

540g of beans 2 onion 2 tea spoons of grounded pepper 1 teaspoon of salt 3 ripe plantain 1 cooking spoon red oil 150g of Sentleaf

Firstly I washed my beans thoroughly and put inside my clean pot then I added water and set on fire

So I started to prepare the things I will used and cook the beans,I washed my plantain then pill the back and sliced it to my desired choice. After slicing the plantain I washed my onions and sliced it I plough my Sentleaf and wash it then I sliced it and set aside.

This beans really wast time I cooked it for about 1 hour before I put my plantain and add my onion then I added my red oil , pepper, salt and Sentleaf then I mixed very well. Guys and my beans is ready this beans really taste good and I really love and enjoyed it today
