Hello my foodies lovers how are you all doing i hope you all are good .it has bee raining since rhis july and the weather has been cold.yesterday there are some people that i have rold about hive and seriously thwy want to join sharp sharp amd i will teach them how hive is and they are eager to learn about hive. But yesterday's tain was something else but we now postpone it till next week because they are not going to be around today again.
So as i was inside i wanted to make a delicious okoro soup which really make sence for the cold weather.
I really made this soup with love and the soup really came out nice.
Ingredients
2 cups of okoro
1 kilo of fish
Salt to taste
1 Cooking spoons oil
1 spoon of paper
1 handful of uziza leaf
50g of ugu leaf
20g of kpomo
1 known cube seasonings
1 cooking spoon of crayfish 1 onion
Preparations
Washing my fish ,kanda, onion and i sliced my onion then putting inside my pot and added salt and seasoning and added a little water then i put on fiire.
Secondly i wash my okoro and started slicing it.
when my fish is almost done around 3 minutes i added my okoro and paper .
I washed my uziza leaf and sliced, after sliced it i put it inside the pot and also washed my slice ugu and added it too then i added my crayfish and red oil and turn very well
And my soup is ready guys
