Questa settimana mi ero prefissato di pubblicare una volta al giorno...
Senbra che ci sia riuscito e anzi, con questo post, posso dire di aver fatto anche meglio!
Vista la mia assenza mi sono perso alcuni dei contest di Unto&Bisunto, credo che sia arrivato il momento di rimediare e di riprendere a partecipare alle attività della fantastica Community di Olio di Belane, tanto più che il tema "a questo giro" è davvero molto interessante, come sempre d'altronde... Si parla di vacanze!
Devo ammettere che di viaggi e vacanze interessanti ne ho fatti parecchi, una delle ultime però mi è rimasta più nel cuore, probabilmente perché è stata la prima vera vacanza con la mia Famiglia al completo... Possiamo anche dire che è stata la prima vera vacanza per Samuele, eh eh!
Sto parlando del nostro soggiorno in Toscana, siamo stati una settimana a Montaione, paese dell'entroterra Fiorentino a me molto caro.
Abbiamo ovviamente girato un bel po', oltre a essere stati a Firenze siamo anche andati a San Gimignano... Come si può vedere da questa foto...
E abbiamo fatto anche un bel tour a Piombino, pernottando una notte a Venturina, insomma non ci siamo fatti mancare nulla.
Non ci siamo fatti mancare nemmeno gli imprevisti visto che, la prima notte a Montaione Samuele ha avuto la febbre a quaranta, fortunatamente tutto è passato velocemente essendo un malore dipeso dai vaccini fatti il giorno prima a Roma.
Quei giorni mi sono rimasti nel cuore per vari motivi, prima di tutto era il periodo in cui siamo potuti tornare a casa dopo il primo intervento di Samuele, abbiamo deciso proprio per questo motivo di prenderci qualche giorno di relax dopo un periodo bello intenso e molto stressante da diversi punti di vista.
La meta è stata scelta per vari motivi, in primis abbiamo approfittato per vedere un po' di posti che Reny non aveva mai visto e, secondariamente ma non meno importante, ne abbiamo approfittato per salutare un bel po' di cari amici... Questo secondo punto mi porta a dire che quella vacanza mi è rimasta nel cuore, Samuele ha avuto modi di conoscere tutti i suoi Zii Avisini della Toscana e non solo!
La seconda sera, non appena Samu si è ripreso, siamo andati a fare una serata di "Ciccia morta sulla brace" insieme a tutti gli amici Montaionesi... Il nostro Bimbo aveva bisogno di un po' di sostanza, è nulla è meglio di una bella fiorentina in questi casi, eh eh!
Il terzo giorno siamo stati a San Gimignano mentre il quarto lo abbiamo trascorso interamente a Montaione, abbiamo approfittato per concludere il giro di saluti e di visite.
Prima di trasferirci a Venturina abbiamo fatto un bel giro a Firenze.
Gli ultimi due giorni li abbiamo trascorsi tra Piombino e Venturina incontrando il resto della truppa Toscana e un amico fraterno di Reggio Calabria che ormai da un po' vive in quelle zone.
Sono stati giorni bellissimi, intensi ma anche molto rilassanti.
Alle fine credo che tutte le vacanze, quando sei con la Tua Famiglia, siano le più belle e diventa difficile stilare una classifica, questa di cui sto scrivendo però merita il posto d'onore proprio perché, come dicevo all'inizio, è stata la prima che abbiamo fatto tutti e tre insieme, il fatto poi di aver potuto riabbracciare quelli che per me sono dei fratelli acquisiti è stato un valore aggiunto e a questo possiamo aggiungere un bonus visto che tutti si sono potuti spupazzare Samuele, viziandolo e coccolandolo oltremodo.
Bene, credo che non ci sia molto altro da dire, vorrei concludere invitando chi mi legge a godersi ogni momento con le proprie famiglie, a succhiare ogni goccia di felicità perché, a mio avviso, questi sono i momenti belli della vita!

This week I set myself the goal of posting once a day...
It seems I've succeeded, and in fact, with this post, I can say I've done even better!
Given my absence, I missed some of the Unto&Bisunto contests. I think the time has come to make up for it and resume participating in the activities of the fantastic Olio di Belane Community, especially since the theme "this time" is really interesting, as always... Talk about vacation!
I must admit that I've been on quite a few interesting trips and vacations, but one of the last ones has remained closest to my heart, probably because it was the first real vacation with my entire family... We could also say that it was Samuele's first real vacation, eh eh!
I'm talking about our stay in Tuscany. We spent a week in Montaione, a town in the Florentine hinterland that's very dear to me.
We obviously traveled around quite a bit; in addition to Florence, we also went to San Gimignano... As you can see from this photo...
And we also took a nice tour of Piombino, staying one night in Venturina. In short, we didn't miss a thing.
We also had some unexpected events, as on the first night in Montaione, Samuele had a fever of 104°F (40°C). Fortunately, it all passed quickly, as it was due to the vaccinations he'd received the day before in Rome.
Those days have remained in my heart for several reasons. First of all, it was the time we were able to return home after Samuele's first surgery, and for this very reason, we decided to take a few days of relaxation after a very intense and stressful period in many ways.
The destination was chosen for several reasons. First, we took the opportunity to see some places Reny had never seen before, and secondly, but no less importantly, we took the opportunity to say goodbye to a number of dear friends... This second point leads me to say that that vacation has remained in my heart. Samuele had the opportunity to meet all his Avisino uncles from Tuscany and beyond!
On the second evening, as soon as Samu recovered, we went to an evening of "Ciccia morta sulla brace" (dead meat on the grill) with all our Montaione friends... Our little boy needed some nourishment, and nothing beats a good Florentine steak in these times, eh eh!
On the third day, we went to San Gimignano, while on the fourth, we spent the entire day in Montaione, taking advantage of the opportunity to finish our tour of greetings and visits.
Before moving on to Venturina, we took a nice tour of Florence.
The last two days were spent between Piombino and Venturina, meeting up with the rest of the Tuscan crew and a close friend from Reggio Calabria who has been living in the area for a while now.
They were beautiful days, intense but also very relaxing.
Ultimately, I believe that all holidays, when you're with your family, are the best, and it's difficult to rank them. However, this one deserves pride of place precisely because, as I said at the beginning, it was the first one the three of us took together. The fact that we were able to hug those who are like stepbrothers to me was an added bonus, and we can add a bonus: everyone got to cuddle Samuele, spoiling and pampering him beyond measure.
Well, I don't think there's much else to say. I'd like to conclude by inviting my readers to enjoy every moment with their families, to soak up every drop of happiness because, in my opinion, these are the best moments in life!
