Two months after the palace incident, I trained with Roshan, and the Hidden Ones at Alamut, mastering attacks, blocks, and parkour. By night, I joined Nur on patrol, learning to lead and guard strategically under his guidance.

Basim and Nur were on patrol in the dark and suddenly an eagle named Muhja came to them and then flew to somewhere, as if the bird was trying to say something.

Nur understood something was wrong so he was following the bird, and I was following him.

We first hid in high vegetation areas when we saw mercenaries around. The mercenaries were talking as if they were looking for the hideout of the hidden ones.

I knocked one down who was close to the vegetation area and when I was knocking that mercenary down, I noticed Nur did the same with another one.

As Nur mentioned we must've waited for the right moment, I tried the whistling feature and knocked down another one being unnoticed but I couldn't hold off anymore, so I went for a fight with an air assassination in the open.

I was reminded my training at the perfect moment and I did it so well against the real enemies. Nur did good as well.

After taking them all down, Basim noticed the swords and said mercenaries from Baghdad use these weapons.

There was a meeting with the hidden ones next where Nur told it was mercenaries from Baghdad. Roshan asked how did he know, Nur said Basim recognized the make of the sword and he believe him.

Rayhan asked Basim to come forward and asked how he knew those men were from Baghdad. Basim replied he has seeing their weapons many times and closely, growing up in Baghdad's streets.

Rayhan suggested they must act if they want to learn who ordered those mercenaries to look for them. Rayhan mentioned they should return to Baghdad and seek Ali Ibn Muhammad's help, and Nur volunteered to go back to Baghdad for this.

The next scenes were about Basim training up and he was seen doing meditation on top of a hill.

Fuladh helped him petting an eagle who should be called Enkidu as Basim mentioned he as common with it. It seemed like a tough job petting an eagle, though.

He trained climbing with Rebekah and went on top of the hills, facing risks of falling to death.

He mastered his blade with Roshan and was ready to die as well if needed.

And it seemed like he was succeeded in petting the eagle as the eagle lands on his wrist even when he's in meditation.

And at last, the leap of faith. I got control of him while it was time for that and when I tried it this time, he did just fine. It looks like he became one of them at last.
Until next time, happy gaming.
