Good evening dear community!
Today I had a very busy day; I was from one side to the other, but in the middle of my activities I could take more than an hour to do a good walk in a beautiful square.
The afternoon was quite hot, which is why I looked for the shade of the trees to walk. In addition to the shade provided by trees, a cooler air is also felt by their side and more when they are freshly watered.
Today I had to change the oil to the car and took advantage of the time they worked in the workshop to do my day's activity.
Lately I've been half lazy with physical activity so today all my muscles hurt.

Hoy tuve un día muy ocupado; estuve de un lado al otro, pero en medio de mis actividades me pude tomar algo más de una hora para hacer una buena caminata en una linda plaza.
La tarde estuvo bastante calurosa razón por la que busqué la sombra de los árboles para caminar. Además de la sombra que proporcionan los árboles, también se siente un aire más fresco a su lado y más cuando están recién regados.
Hoy tuve que realizar el cambio del aceite al auto y aproveché el tiempo en que trabajaban en el taller para hacer mi actividad del día.
Últimamente vengo medio flojo con la actividad física por lo que hoy me duelen todos los músculos.
