Me dirijo a ustedes hoy, luego de una sesión de entrenamiento de freestyle. Debo admitir que la sentí un poco pesada y noté la falta de constancia de la semana pasada, donde no pude dedicarle el tiempo necesario al free. Últimamente, la combinación de mis responsabilidades en la universidad y las exigencias de mi trabajo han consumido gran parte de mi tiempo y energía. Sé que la vida adulta tiene sus desafíos, pero la pasión por la calistenia y la necesidad de mejorar me impulsan a seguir adelante. A pesar del cansancio, sé que este es el camino que debo seguir para alcanzar mis metas y, sobre todo, para honrar la confianza que han depositado en mí.
I'm writing to you today after a freestyle training session. I must admit it felt a bit tough, and I noticed my lack of consistency last week, when I couldn't dedicate the necessary time to freestyle. Lately, the combination of my university responsibilities and the demands of my job has consumed a lot of my time and energy. I know adult life has its challenges, but my passion for calisthenics and the need to improve drive me to keep going. Despite the fatigue, I know this is the path I must follow to achieve my goals and, above all, to honor the trust you've placed in me.

A pesar de los obstáculos y la sensación de sentir el cuerpo "frío" por la pausa, tengo una mentalidad clara: debo dar lo mejor de mí en cada repetición y en cada set. Es imperativo entrenar fuerte y con disciplina para recuperar la forma física y mental. No solo se trata de mantener mi nivel, sino de superarlo, perfeccionar mis trucos de freestyle y aumentar mi resistencia para las próximas competencias. Mi compromiso va más allá de mi mejora personal; tengo la enorme responsabilidad de prepararme a fondo para ser un buen representante de Puerto Cabello en el circuito de calistenia. Llevar el nombre de mi ciudad con orgullo a cada evento es la mayor motivación que tengo.
Despite the obstacles and the feeling of feeling the body "cold" from the pause, I have a clear mentality: I must give my best in every repetition and in every set. It is imperative to train hard and with discipline to recover physical and mental form. It's not just about maintaining my level, but surpassing it, perfecting my freestyle tricks and increasing my endurance for the next competitions. My commitment goes beyond my personal improvement; I have the enormous responsibility to prepare myself thoroughly to be a good representative of Puerto Cabello in the calisthenics circuit. Carrying the name of my city with pride to every event is the greatest motivation I have.

Por eso, mi plan es optimizar cada minuto libre, balanceando mis estudios y mi empleo con la rigurosa rutina de entrenamiento. La disciplina será mi mejor aliada para enfrentar este desafío de triple vía. Estoy decidido a demostrar que, con sacrificio y constancia, es posible sobresalir a pesar de las limitaciones de tiempo. Agradezco a todos en Hive por el apoyo y la motivación que siempre brindan. ¡Seguimos adelante con la mirada puesta en el podio y en dejar el nombre de Puerto Cabello en alto!
Therefore, my plan is to optimize every free minute, balancing my studies and my employment with the rigorous training routine. Discipline will be my best ally to face this triple-track challenge. I am determined to show that, with sacrifice and perseverance, it is possible to excel despite time constraints. I thank everyone at Hive for the support and motivation they always provide. We go ahead with an eye on the podium and leave the name of Puerto Cabello high!
