Buenos días, comunidad de Hive. Hoy me levanté muy temprano para aprovechar el día al máximo y salí a trotar. Como atleta de calistenia, es fundamental tener un buen rendimiento cardiovascular, y debo admitir que había dejado de lado esta parte de mi entrenamiento. Mi objetivo es ser más constante con el cardio para mejorar mi resistencia, algo vital para mi disciplina.
Good morning, Hive community. Today I got up very early to make the most of the day and went jogging. As a calisthenics athlete, it is essential to have good cardiovascular performance, and I must admit that I had left this part of my training aside. My goal is to be more consistent with cardio to improve my endurance, something vital for my discipline.

La mañana no pudo ser más perfecta. El amanecer sobre Puerto Cabello fue un espectáculo increíble que me llenó de energía. La ruta que elegí me llevó hasta la orilla de la playa de Cumboto Norte, un lugar que siempre me inspira. La combinación del sol naciente, el sonido de las olas y la brisa marina hizo que cada paso valiera la pena.
The morning couldn't be more perfect. The sunrise over Puerto Cabello was an incredible sight that filled me with energy. The route I chose took me to the shore of Cumboto Norte beach, a place that always inspires me. The combination of the rising sun, the sound of the waves and the sea breeze made every step worth it.

A pesar de que me sentí cansado, pude mantener un buen ritmo durante todo el recorrido. Es una sensación de fatiga que no me desmotiva, al contrario, me recuerda que soy capaz de superar mis límites y alcanzar mis metas. Esta experiencia me ha motivado a retomar el trote como parte de mi rutina diaria. No solo por el beneficio físico, sino por la conexión que me permite tener con la naturaleza y conmigo mismo. Empezar el día así es una inyección de energía que me impulsa a seguir adelante y a dar lo mejor de mí en cada entrenamiento. Estoy seguro de que esta disciplina me ayudará a mejorar mis habilidades en la calistenia y a mantener un estilo de vida más saludable. El compromiso conmigo mismo es lo más importante, y hoy, con esta carrera, lo he reafirmado.
Even though I felt tired, I was able to maintain a good rhythm throughout the tour. It is a feeling of fatigue that does not demotivate me, on the contrary, it reminds me that I am able to overcome my limits and achieve my goals. This experience has motivated me to resume jogging as part of my daily routine. Not only for the physical benefit, but for the connection it allows me to have with nature and myself. Starting the day like this is an injection of energy that drives me to move forward and give my best in each workout. I am sure that this discipline will help me improve my skills in callisthenics and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Commitment to myself is the most important thing, and today, with this race, I have reaffirmed it.
