¡Hola, comunidad de Hive! El día de ayer fue un día increíble. Pasé la tarde en el parque de barras de la Independencia, y la energía estuvo a otro nivel. Estuvimos dándole con todo a una sesión de calistenia freestyle. La verdad es que sentí una fluidez impresionante en los combos, se nota la práctica y la dedicación que le hemos metido. Cada movimiento se sentía más conectado y natural. Es increíble ver cómo el cuerpo se adapta y mejora.
Hello, Hive community! Yesterday was an incredible day. I spent the afternoon at the Independence Bar Park, and the energy was on another level. We were giving everything to a freestyle calisthenics session. The truth is that I felt an impressive fluidity in the combos, you can see the practice and dedication we have put into it. Each movement felt more connected and natural. It's amazing to see how the body adapts and improves.

A la mitad de la sesión, la noche nos sorprendió con un apagón. La luz se fue, pero eso no nos detuvo. Mis panas y yo nos miramos, sacamos los celulares y, con la luz de las linternas, seguimos con la rutina. Fue algo especial, una experiencia que le dio un toque único a la sesión. Imagínense la escena: a oscuras, con solo la luz de los celulares, seguíamos con el freestyle.
In the middle of the session, the night surprised us with a blackout. The light went out, but that didn't stop us. My friends and I looked at each other, took out the cell phones and, with the light of the flashlights, continued with the routine. It was something special, an experience that gave a unique touch to the session. Imagine the scene: in the dark, with only the light of the cell phones, we continued with the freestyle.

Lo mejor de todo fue la reacción de la gente. Algunas personas que pasaban por el parque se quedaban a mirar, asombradas. Sus caras de sorpresa y admiración mientras veían nuestros movimientos a la luz de los celulares no tienen precio. Es muy gratificante ver cómo la calistenia, y en especial el freestyle, inspira y maravilla a otros. Sin duda, fue una tarde para recordar, llena de adrenalina, camaradería y una muestra de que la pasión por lo que hacemos puede brillar incluso en la oscuridad.
The best of all was the reaction of the people. Some people who passed by the park stayed to look, amazed. Their faces of surprise and admiration as they watched our movements in the light of cell phones are priceless. It is very gratifying to see how calisthenics, and especially freestyle, inspires and amazes others. Without a doubt, it was an afternoon to remember, full of adrenaline, camaraderie and a sign that the passion for what we do can shine even in the dark.
