Quería compartir con ustedes la energía y la satisfacción que me dejó mi más reciente sesión de freestyle de ayer, sábado. Sinceramente, me siento en un excelente momento, con una notable mejoría que me motiva muchísimo a seguir adelante. Esta sesión, al igual que la anterior, ha sido sumamente gratificante, pues logré ejecutar las combinaciones con mucha más fluidez y precisión.El progreso más significativo, y el que me tiene realmente feliz, es el dominio que estoy alcanzando con el Dragón 360. Ha pasado de ser un movimiento desafiante a uno que ya puedo ejecutar con confianza.
I wanted to share with you the energy and satisfaction that my most recent freestyle session left me yesterday, Saturday. Honestly, I feel in an excellent moment, with a remarkable improvement that motivates me a lot to move forward. This session, like the previous one, has been extremely rewarding, because I managed to execute the combinations with much more fluidity and precision. The most significant progress, and the one that has me really happy, is the domain that I am reaching with the Dragon 360. It has gone from being a challenging move to one that I can already execute with confidence.

Esta conquista es un gran impulso para mi disciplina y demuestra que la constancia está rindiendo frutos.Sé que aún hay áreas por pulir. Honestamente, necesito enfocar más mi energía en los Estáticos, que siguen siendo mi asignatura pendiente. No obstante, al observar mi desempeño general, la mejora es innegable y eso me da la certeza de que estoy en el camino correcto.
This conquest is a great boost for my discipline and shows that constancy is bearing fruit. I know that there are still areas to be polished. Honestly, I need to focus my energy more on Statics, which are still my pending subject. However, when observing my overall performance, the improvement is undeniable and that gives me the certainty that I am on the right track.

Mi cuerpo sigue en un proceso de adaptación. A pesar de que los "kilos de más" aún se hacen sentir en cada repetición, estoy orgulloso de cómo se está acoplando a un buen ritmo de entrenamiento. La clave está en no desistir y en celebrar cada pequeña victoria. Seguiré dándolo todo para alcanzar mis metas y, por supuesto, seguiré compartiendo mi evolución con todos ustedes. ¡Gracias por el apoyo!
My body is still in a process of adaptation. Despite the fact that the "excess of kilos" are still felt in each repetition, I am proud of how it is coupling to a good pace of training. The key is not to give up and to celebrate every little victory. I will continue to give everything to achieve my goals and, of course, I will continue to share my evolution with all of you.
