Buenos días, comunidad de Hive. El día de ayer fue una jornada increíble para los atletas de calistenia del puerto. Tuvimos el privilegio de recibir a Dayana, una destacada atleta de calistenia de la ciudad de Maracay. Para darle una bienvenida digna, la llevamos a conocer un lugar emblemático y lleno de historia: el Fortín Solano.
Good morning, Hive community. Yesterday was an incredible day for the port's calisthenics athletes. We had the privilege of receiving Dayana, an outstanding calisthenics athlete from the city of Maracay. To give you a dignified welcome, we take you to see an emblematic place full of history: the Fortín Solano.

La visita fue mucho más que un simple paseo. El ascenso a la montaña que alberga el fortín nos sirvió como un excelente cardio para calentar, mientras disfrutábamos de las vistas panorámicas. Una vez en la cima, el ambiente era perfecto para entrenar, así que no perdimos la oportunidad. Junto a Dayana y mis compañeros del clan Shimazu, nos enfocamos en ejercicios estáticos, poniendo a prueba nuestra fuerza y control en un entorno único.
The visit was much more than just a walk. The ascent to the mountain that houses the fort served us as an excellent cardio to warm up, while we enjoyed the panoramic views. Once at the top, the atmosphere was perfect for training, so we didn't miss the opportunity. Together with Dayana and my teammates from the Shimazu clan, we focused on static exercises, testing our strength and control in a unique environment.

La energía y la pasión de Dayana son realmente inspiradoras. Su visita no solo nos brindó la oportunidad de entrenar juntos, sino que también sirvió para fortalecer los lazos de amistad entre los atletas de la calistenia del puerto y los de Maracay. Momentos como este demuestran que el Street Workout Comunnity (SWC) es más que solo una disciplina deportiva; es una comunidad que nos une a través del respeto, el compañerismo y el amor por lo que hacemos. Agradecemos enormemente a Dayana por su visita y esperamos poder seguir compartiendo experiencias y superando nuevos desafíos juntos.
Dayana's energy and passion are really inspiring. His visit not only gave us the opportunity to train together, but also served to strengthen the bonds of friendship between the athletes of the port calisthenics and those of Maracay. Moments like this show that the Street Workout
Comunnity (SWC) is more than just a sports discipline; it is a community that unites us through respect, companionship and love for what we do. We greatly thank Dayana for her visit and look forward to continuing to share experiences and overcoming new challenges together.
