Les seguiré contando sobre mi última ronda en el torneo Hopex de freestyle, una experiencia que, si bien terminó en eliminación temprana, se siente como una victoria personal. La verdad es que los nervios estaban a flor de piel; la presión de saber que esta era mi oportunidad de redimir mi desastroso debut en las SWDB 4 era palpable. A pesar de eso, entré en la barra con una concentración férrea y lancé un combo que se sintió limpio y potente.
I will continue to tell you about my last round in the Hopex freestyle tournament, an experience that, although it ended in early elimination, feels like a personal victory. The truth is that the nerves were on edge; the pressure of knowing that this was my chance to redeem my disastrous debut in the SWDB 4 was palpable. Despite that, I entered the bar with an iron concentration and launched a combo that felt clean and powerful.

Abrí con una olímpica para coger altura y la enlacé con un swing 360 ejecutado con mucha precisión. El cambio a un monkey 180 fue fluido, dándome el impulso para rematar con fuerza: un front lever cruzado mantenido con tensión. A continuación, la transición fue a un Back lever en pasos que me llevó directamente a realizar el Press de forma controlada. Para la salida, opté por el impacto visual del suicida.
I opened with an Olympic to gain height and I linked it with a 360 swing executed with great precision. The change to a monkey 180 was fluid, giving me the impulse to finish hard: a crossed front lever maintained with tension. Next, the transition went to a Back lever in steps that took me directly to perform the Press in a controlled way. For the exit, I opted for the visual impact of the suicide.

El nivel de mi rival era altísimo, y el jurado lo vio igual: ¡fue un empate! Nos dieron una tercera ronda de réplica, un tie-breaker a pura adrenalina. Lamentablemente, fue mi punto débil y la perdí, quedando eliminado en la primera ronda. Sí, el resultado fue caer en la primera eliminatoria, pero sinceramente, la sensación de haber competido a ese nivel y haber sacado una ronda de réplica contra un gran oponente fue espectacular. Siento que he dejado atrás la "porquería" de mi debut y esta experiencia solo me llena de motivación para seguir mejorando. Competir en un torneo callejero de calistenia, con esa vibra cruda y real, me recordó por qué amo este deporte. Estoy listo para entrenar más fuerte que nunca.
My rival's level was very high, and the jury saw it the same: it was a draw! They gave us a third round of reply, a tie-breaker with pure adrenaline. Unfortunately, it was my weak point and I lost it, being eliminated in the first round. Yes, the result was to fall in the first playoff, but honestly, the feeling of having competed at that level and having taken out a round of reply against a great opponent was spectacular. I feel that I have left behind the "crap" of my debut and this experience only fills me with motivation to continue improving. Competing in a street calisthenics tournament, with that raw and real vibe, reminded me why I love this sport. I'm ready to train harder than ever.
