Hay que diferenciar el ciclismo amateur o cicloturismo, con el ciclismo profesional. En este último nunca estuve, pero tiendo a entender que las presiones y el estrés están a la orden del día. En la publicación de hoy voy a hablar de la libertad, qué sentimos, los que hacemos cicloturismo. >! [English] We must differentiate between amateur cycling or cycle touring and professional cycling. I've never been involved in the latter, but I tend to understand that pressure and stress are the order of the day. Esa sensación de estar en contacto con la naturaleza, que el viento te pegue en la cara y rodeados de momentos, que pueden ser con amigos e inclusive, rodando solo. El hecho de que el movimiento, suceda a través de nuestro esfuerzo, entiendo que tiene que ver con eso también. Por ejemplo, ir en una motocicleta también te causa una especie de libertad, pero a través del pedaleo individual, creo que esa sensación se potencia. Porque es una especie de mezcla, entre adrenalina, esfuerzo, sudor, en ocasiones lágrimas, en muchas ocasiones risas, todo hace a un conjunto de emociones y en la mayoría de los casos lo disfrutamos y es ahí, donde creemos que estamos en libertad. >! Pero nada apaga el fuego y las ganas de salir a rodar. >! [English] Returning to our homes or our daily tasks is also comforting. We know that this freedom is temporary and that we must return. Perhaps that's also part of the essence of this sport. Not to mention all the events that arise around a ride. También en ocasiones sucede cuando ya los chicos se van y uno empieza a estar solo y necesita hacer algo para uno mismo. Personas de este estilo y mucho más encontramos en el cicloturismo. Los primeros días para esas personas son realmente revolucionarios y uno los observa, y entiende esa emoción al salir a rodar en bicicleta. O por ejemplo, a conocer una localidad que jamás hubiese conocido si no fuese a través de un grupo de ciclismo, entre otros.
