ENTRENANDO PARA UN DUATLÓN | TRAINING FOR A DUATHLON
Hola amigos de esta bonita comunidad de Full Deportes en HIVE – 3SPEAK.

Saludos, estimados amigos del deporte y en especial del running. La pasión por el deporte, me llevo a inscribirme en un duatlón (bicicleta y trote). Y como no me gusta improvisar, arranque con los entrenamientos. El único desafío difícil que tengo, es con la nutrición; sinceramente me cuesta un montón mantenerlo.
Hoy, aprovechando un día de sol, salí a realizar mis entrenamientos. Debo confesar, que no tengo entrenador por el momento y lo haré de manera autodidáctica.

Ver partir un avión en Ezeiza, es parte de nuestra cotidianidad; pero cada vez que soy consciente de tal evento, me pregunto, ¿A dónde irán todas esas personas?. Y además, siempre despierta en mí, la idea de viajar por el mundo.
