My Actifit Report Card: June 20 2025.Cold is not an obstacle 💯

Friday was a holiday in the province of Buenos Aires and despite the cold, we were able to continue jogging and doing our pre-established workouts.

Viernes feriado en la provincia de Buenos Aires y a pesar del frío, pudimos seguir trotando y realizando nuestros entrenamientos preestablecidos. Today's sensations were really very satisfactory. A smooth, quiet but steady bottom. I think it is basically the result of constancy. Yesterday and the day before yesterday the sensations were not good and that's why I gave continuity and today I really finished with a smile.

El día de hoy las sensaciones fueron realmente muy satisfactorias. Un fondo suave, tranquilo pero constante. Creo que básicamente es el resultado de la constancia. El día de ayer y antier no fueron buenas las sensaciones y es por eso que le di continuidad y hoy realmente terminé con una sonrisa. Hopefully the weekend will continue to give consistency to my training and we will continue to put in the miles. See you tomorrow and I hope everyone has been on the move. Happy Friday 🫂
