My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2025.Every day is every day. 💪|| Todos los días, es todos los días. 💪

The Argentinean winter makes itself felt but without fear of success, we put the chest to the bullets as the popular saying goes in these parts and we move forward.

El invierno argentino se hace sentir pero sin miedo al éxito, ponemos el pecho las balas como dice el refrán popular por estos lugares y seguimos adelante. Preparing for a marathon has its pros and cons. But I always lean more towards the benefits that doing such a demanding activity brings. From anchoring healthy habits and doing the workouts for sure, to improving our daily nutritional habits. That there are times when the pressure sometimes plays against you, yes there are. But once these moments are overcome, the satisfactions come.

Preparar una maratón tiene sus pro y sus contras. Pero me inclino siempre más por los beneficios que realizar una actividad tan exigente conlleva. Desde anclar hábitos saludables y realizar los entrenamientos sí o sí, hasta mejorar nuestras costumbres nutritivas cotidianas. Que existen momentos en donde la presión a veces te juega en contra, sí existen. Pero superados esos momentos, llegan la satisfacciones. El cielo se tiñe de gris, pero nuestros corazones de color esperanza. Estamos a meses de la maratón y sinceramente venimos muy pero muy bien gracias al universo.

The sky is dyed gray, but our hearts are colored with hope. We are months away from the marathon and honestly we are doing very, very well thanks to the universe. I hope everyone who makes life in this beautiful Hive ecosystem and even more so in this @actifit community will continue to train and get fit. Because there's nothing nicer than being in shape and it's not just about aesthetics, it's about our whole being. Happy day to all ♥️

Espero que todos los que hacen vida en este hermoso ecosistema de Hive y más aún en esta comunidad de @actifit sigan entrenando y poniéndose en forma. Porque no hay nada más lindo que estar en forma y no se trata solamente de lo estético, sino también de todo nuestro ser. Feliz día para todos ♥️
