My Actifit Report Card: July 20 2025.Sunday in the background.

Today was a background of more than 22 km and in zone 2. Very satisfactory results and sensations and of course on the way to the great event of 2025, which is the marathon of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

El día de hoy salió un fondo de más de 22 km y en zona 2. Resultados y sensaciones muy satisfactorios y por supuesto encaminados al gran evento del 2025, qué es la maratón de Buenos Aires, Argentina. In the week doing some kind of passes, I had a couple of mishaps but luckily, if the pain comes when I try to lift the speed persists, it lets me keep training in a comfortable zone.

En la semana realizando algún tipo de pasadas, tuve un par de percances pero por suerte, si viene el dolor cuando intento levantar la velocidad persiste, me deja seguir entrenando en una zona confortable. We left almost at noon, with a temperature of 13 degrees and as we ran, the ambient temperature rose and of course the body temperature. Uncovered sky and the sun always present, make the training really enjoyable.

Salimos casi al mediodía, con 13 grados de temperatura y conforme fuimos corriendo, la temperatura ambiente subió y por supuesto la corporal. Cielo descubierto y el sol siempre presente, hacen que los entrenamiento sea realmente disfrutable. We are about two months away from the marathon and in my opinion we have been working very well in training. Tomorrow we will have to do a walk and maybe some regenerative jogging, and then during the week we will continue trying to make passes. I hope everyone has been able to train and get moving. Estamos aproximadamente a dos meses de la maratón y según mi criterio venimos trabajando muy bien en los entrenamientos. El día de mañana tocará realizar una caminata y quizás algún trote regenerativo, para luego en la semana seguir intentando realizar pasadas. Espero que todos hayan podido entrenar y ponerse en movimiento. Feliz domingo para todos 🫂
