
Hi bloggers today I want to share my favorite drink lately. Pineapple juice with Calamansi. Pineapple and calamansi are a combination of fruits that are high in vitamin C. This time, I will make a refreshing drink made from pineapple and calamansi. The sweet and sour taste will be very delicious, especially with the addition of sugar palm fruits. You can blend it in a blender to achieve a texture similar to nata de coco, or simply add it whole.
First, wash the sugar palm fruits thoroughly with salt, then rinse until clean.

Put the washed sugar palm fruits into a container.

Squeeze 5 calamansi oranges.

Add a little salt and honey to the mixture.

Blend the pineapple in a blender or use a slow juicer.

Mix into the container with the sugar palm fruits and stir until well combined.
You can also consume it immediately or you can store in a closed container at room temperature for 1 night, then chill in the refrigerator and serve as sugar palm fruit pickles.
