
Happy new week hive food bloggers. Today I want to share an easy recipe with tofu and mushrooms. It's quick and easy to cook with a fragrant melted butter mixture. Perfect as a protein-packed lunch side dish. Okay, let's get straight to the ingredients and how to make it.
Ingredients:

250 grams of tofu

100 grams oyster mushroom

1 onion

3 cloves of garlic

12 red chili peppers
-
12 green chilies
-
2 tbsp melted butter
-
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce

1 tsp tomato sauce
-
1 tbsp sesame oil
-
2 tbsp vegetable oil

salt to taste

white pepper to taste
Steps:


- Wash ingredients thoroughly

- Slice garlic, onion, red chili, green chili

- heat vegetable oil and sauté garlic

- when it starts to brown, add the crumbled tofu.


- add onion and stir


- add sliced chili, stir

- add oyster mushrooms



- stir until the chili is half cooked then add sweet soy sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste

- stir again then add the melted butter

- finally add sesame oil and stir again

- stir-fried butter mushroom tofu is ready to serve
