Today is the last day to participate, and it took me a while to choose the perfect song for this occasion.

Soy muy fan de series de crรญmenes, temas policรญacos o que estรฉn basados en hechos reales. La canciรณn que elegรญ tal vez no sea considerada una canciรณn de terror, pero fue usada en una serie de Netflix llamada Adolescente. Aunque la serie es totalmente ficticia, estรก muy bien hecha y esta canciรณn que les comparto hoy es usada en una escena crucial de dicha serie.
Se escucha en un momento de tensiรณn donde el padre del acusado o del protagonista empieza a admitir que su hijo tiene altas probabilidades de ser culpable del asesinato de una niรฑa, luego de un arrebato iracundo por parte de su hijo. La canciรณn me transmitiรณ el dolor y la sensaciรณn de horror de pensar en el hecho de que su propio hijo haya sido capaz de hacer algo tan horrible a una niรฑa inocente que lo rechazรณ.
Fue por eso que la elegรญ. Cuando la escuchรฉ, se me puso la piel de gallina y quedรฉ tan impactada por la escena que desde entonces no he podido dejar de escucharla. Se volviรณ mi favorita. La voz de los niรฑos en Acapela le dio un toque cargado de emociรณn y tragedia a la letra de esta canciรณn.

I'm a huge fan of crime series, police dramas, and shows based on true events. The song I chose might not be considered a horror song, but it was used in a Netflix series called Teenager. Although the series is entirely fictional, it's very well done, and this song I'm sharing with you today is used in a crucial scene.
It plays during a tense moment when the father of the accused, or the protagonist, begins to admit that his son is highly likely to be guilty of murdering a little girl after a fit of rage. The song conveyed the pain and horror of thinking that his own son could have done something so terrible to an innocent girl who rejected him.
That's why I chose it. When I heard it, I got goosebumps, and I was so impacted by the scene that I haven't been able to stop listening to it since. It became my favorite. The children's a cappella voices added a powerful emotional and tragic touch to the lyrics.
