A scramble to get some mountain shots.

Even when we are very busy, I will always take some shots in between meetings. 083.jpg

Fresh from my camera, for you to enjoy.

We are busy with the planning of our next project at Papillon, and things are, as usual, a bit all over the place. A school that Papillon has donated computers to some years ago, sent us a request for assistance to upgrade their computer room. The school is in a poor area over the mountain, and we met with the principal. The guy was very happy to see us, and he regaled us with a long list of needs. Sadly, we don't have enough funding to meet with all of his needs, but we can help with funding for the computer room's upgrade.

But I digress, so come and look. The deeper blue mountain photos were on our trip out, and the lighter photos were on our return. I did not have time to put the photos in the correct order.

I loved the background behind the tree. 078.JPG

You can see that the wind was up, and it was playing with the clouds. 071.JPG

072.JPG Another great shot of the clouds tumbling down the mountain. 074.JPG

The clouds all came over from that mountain at the north. 077.JPG

And finally, what it looked like of the same tree that you saw above taken to the east, was now taken towards the north. 069.JPG

Life is certainly interesting here these days, as everything seems to be upside down. We seem to have a jobs bloodbath after the 30% tariffs were instituted and some steel manufacturers that employ thousands are about to close down. It is said that the towns near the steelworks might soon turn into ghost towns, due to the closure of the steelworks. Then not only that, as our auto manufacturers are also scaling down their workforces.

And then to put the icing on the cake, our agricultural exports are now also in trouble and due to the tariffs, we really face some high mountains that we have to climb. But like they say, all things come to pass, and we hope that some solutions will be found. No sense complaining about the current status in our country, as there is always hope for improvement. Such is life.

I hope you enjoyed the pictures and the story.
