Relaxing 2k walk with my dog after a full on day, dashing home from North Harbour parkrun with no time to recover from 3 mid-course falls and a 90 minute drive to the other side of Brisbane to support one of my great nieces play in AFLW under 17 girls AFLW Grand Final, unfortunately they were defeated but a great achievement to make a GF. Placid walk seeing families enjoying the foreshore, Pelicans in the water and crows not seagulls on the sandy beach.
Some mornings when running along the foreshore I sight several scrub turkeys are fossicking on the beach
