Namaste 🙏
Hope you all are doing great!!!
So after boating in Nainital Lake, we came back to the starting point where we started, and as soon as we got off of the boat, it was raining. It was just drizzling, so we thought that drizzling would continue saying that we decided to move to the other side of the lake, to explore the Naina Devi Temple.
I did not took out my phone to capture photographs of getting us to the other side of the lake because it was drizzling, but let me tell you. We took a small autorickshaw from one side of the lake to the other side of the lake. There is auto Rikshaw service continuously taking people to the other side of the lake, and they just charged about ₹15 per head.
And as soon as we got off the rickshaw, the other side of the lake, it started raining like crazy. We bought raincoat, really fast and protected ourselves from the rain, but totally in vain. We were all wet because of the heavy rain showers.
We waited for about 15 minutes to rain to get a little bit slow and afterwards we move to the Naina Devi Temple in the photograph below. You can see the views inside of Nana Devi Temple. People were taking shelter inside of it as it was a huge space in the temple, which protected from the rain.
I didn’t capture a lot of photographs in the temple premises as it was not allowed. It was a really peaceful experience of visiting this temple. This temple is situated right on the other side of the lake with shelter for a lot of visitors as well.
Now we need to find a place to stay and also change our wet clothes, so we decided to move to a hotel nearby.
It was a very decent and budget friendly hotel in which we checked in in the photographs below. You can see the condition of the hotel. It was a very cozy kind of atmosphere inside of the hotel.
Our room was very cozy with low ceiling height. It was wooden and has all the facilities that one needs first of all, we changed our clothes and for the clothes to save ourselves from the cold.
In the below app, you can see the location of our hotel. It was a really cosy hotel with a wooden restaurant which offered good homely food. The day which we spent was amazing and we had new adventures waiting for us for the next day.
We reached there around 6 PM, and as soon as we changed, it was time to get some food. We moved to the restaurant and had a Thali with all the necessary nutrients and fulfilling food for the repairment of the tiring muscles and brain of all days activities.
It was quite obvious that we would had a really sound sleep because we were so tired of all the travels and all the adventures we had. We were waiting for the next day because we had to go to many places and cover a lot of activities.
While I came back from the restaurant, I took this mirror selfie and felt really proud about myself before going to sleep. At last, I would like to thank you all for all the loving comments and awards on my post. It really motivates me to write more. I will be writing more about my adventures ahead in the next blog, that is it for today.
Thanks for passing by.
Peace ☮️
