Today, I’m gonna tell you guys about the best place to sit and enjoy your well prepared meal while seeing the beautiful view of the Ganga river in front of you. We were roaming around the streets of Rishikesh for more than five hours now, and we were quite hungry and tired as well. We were looking for a place where we could sit and enjoy freshly prepared meal while soaking ourselves in the mesmerising views and atmosphere of the city.
Upon a lot of search, finding the best place in town, we came across this really unique Cafe cum restaurant near to The Lakshman Jhula in Tapovan. The name of the cafe was freedom Cafe, and this was literally freedom from all the chaos that we wanted.
As soon as we entered inside of the cafe, we were greeted with the view of the Ganga River and the cosy vibe of the cafe itself made it even better. They were tables placed in such a way that you are able to see the Ganga river to the fullest
However, the place we were interested in was on the first floor. It was the sitting space where there were no tables and chairs, but in spite of that they were short sitting tables in which you’ll have to sit down and enjoy the view right in front of you.
This was the best place to sit in Rishikesh and enjoy your freshly prepared meal. I also recommend you guys whenever you visit this cafe to go upstairs and try to have a seat there. Mostly itsfully booked. This was fully booked in our case also, but however, we decided to Stay and wait for our turn for half an hour.
We kept on waiting for half an hour at the edge of the cafe, enjoying the mesmerising view of the river and seeing the beautiful Rishikesh town right in front of us, and after we got up to the desired place, it was totally worth it. You can see that in the photographs below to that how beautiful this place was, this was a dream come true place.
There were a lot of people sitting there and enjoying the mesmerising view of the river. The cool breeze was flowing and the atmosphere was neither too cold and neither to warm. It was the perfect atmosphere in the perfect Time at the perfect place and all we needed was the perfect food.
That’s exactly what we got there at the freedom Cafe. We were served with the best pizza and pasta in town that we really loved along with that we ordered fries.
In the below photograph, you can see all of us having fun and enjoying our meal with the best possible view of the Ganga River and sitting in the best possible place in Rishikesh. This was absolutely a treat for ourselves and to remember this moment, we captured a lot of photographs and selfies that I’m gonna post for you guys to see.
So in short, if you ever visit to Rishikesh, this place is a no-brainer and must visit place to have your lunch or dinner or breakfast. Anything you like I’m quite sure about it that the view from here would always be nice.
