Today I took it easy – did a bit of TRX and pull-up bar training, and then… shamelessly lounged in front of a TV series. Yes, exactly – I reheated some “Grey’s Anatomy” episodes, so even my brain got a workout. 😉
Around 5 PM I looked outside – no rain. So what did I do? I got my butt moving and went for a 3-hour city walk (with a little shopping on the way, just to balance things out).
And just like that, despite a lazy start into the day, I ended up with over 10.5K steps. 🚶♀️✨
The weather wasn’t amazing – max 17°C, grey and gloomy – but the evening atmosphere made up for it. Streetlights, the city vibe, a retro-style bridge, and the modern glow of Sky Tower.

Dziś dałam sobie na luz – trochę poćwiczyłam z TRX i przy drążku, a potem… wylegiwanie się bezkarnie przed serialem. Tak, dokładnie – chirurdzy odgrzani, więc i mózg dostał swój trening. 😉
Koło 17 spojrzałam przez okno – deszcz nie pada. No to co? Ruszyłam tyłek i poszłam na 3-godzinny spacer po mieście (z małymi zakupami po drodze, żeby nie było).
I tak, mimo leniwego startu dnia, nabiłam ponad 10,5 tys. kroków. 🚶♀️✨
Pogoda nie zachwycała – max 17 stopni, szaro-buro-ponuro – ale wieczór wynagrodził mi wszystko. Latarnie, miasto, trochę klimatu retro pod wiaduktem i współczesny błysk Sky Towera.
