Hey guys! This time I want to show you a pretty spontaneous project from my husband @michaeldietrich and me. He's currently completing his youtube channel with lots of lyrics videos. Most of them are kept pretty simple - background image and lyrics. For this special beautifully sad song "Used To Pain" he always loved to take one of my pictures, "The Other Side". So now there was the time to realize this little project. For me it was too boring to only show the picture, so I added more and more animations.
Ihr Lieben! Heute möchte ich euch ein ziemlich spontanes Projekt von meinem Mann @michaeldietrich und mir vorstellen. Momentan vervollständigt er seinen Youtube-Kanal mit vielen Lyric Videos. Die meisten sind sehr einfach gehalten, mit einem Hintergrundbild und dem Text. Für diesen einen wunderschön traurigen Song "Used to Pain" wollte er schon immer eins meiner Bilder nehmen, "Die andere Seite". Dafür war jetzt die Zeit gekommen! Ich fand´s zu langweilig nur das Bild zu zeigen, daher fügte ich mehr und mehr Animationen hinzu...

Every additional frame was added as a new layer in photoshop. Later we assembled them together with the text in DaVinci Resolve, a good freeware video edit program. Don´t expect too much magic, this was the first time I worked with stop motion in combination with my art. For us, it was a nice little experiment and I´m pretty sure, it wont be the last animated video. Can you find all the animations? There are 7 different things happening! :)
Jeder zusätzliche Frame wurde als neue Ebene in Photoshop angelegt. Später haben wir alles gemeinsam mit dem Text in DaVinci Resolve, einem guten Freeware Videobearbeitungsprogramm, zusammengefügt. Bitte erwartet nicht zu viel Zauberei, das war das erste Mal, dass ich mit Stop Motion in Kombination mit meiner Kunst etwas gemacht habe. Für uns war es ein nettes kleines Experiment und ich bin mir sehr sicher, dass das nicht das letzte animierte Video bleiben wird. Könnt ihr alle Animationen finden? 7 verschiedene Dinge passieren ;)
