Glowing with Love: A Wedding Setup with Free LED Wall at San Roque Parish Hall

Hello dear readers! Today, I’m sharing another beautiful wedding story we had the joy of styling—and this one was made even more special through our LADE MODA COUTURE PH wedding promo, where the couple received a FREE LED wall as part of their decoration package

IMG_20250802_142859.jpg IMG_20250802_142848.jpg The ceremony and reception took place at the beloved San Roque Parish Hall, a well-loved venue known for its spacious layout and welcoming atmosphere. What makes this location extra convenient is that there’s another event space located just beside the hall, giving couples and guests more room to celebrate and prepare. It’s a perfect spot for those who want a complete and comfortable wedding experience all in one area.

As a team, we were excited to transform the space into something romantic and elegant. With soft color tones, modern styling, and of course, the glowing LED wall as the centerpiece, the setup came together beautifully. From the moment we arrived to the final walkthrough, we felt the love in the air and the excitement from everyone involved.

Stay tuned as I share more details about today’s design, our little behind-the-scenes moments, and how this promo added a special glow to an already unforgettable celebration.

Here’s How It Turned Out (Despite the Hustle!)

So here’s the outcome of our decoration for today—and honestly, we’re so proud of how everything came together. From the elegant lighting, soft floral touches, to the highlight of the setup—the free LED wall included in our promo—it turned into a warm and romantic space that truly felt like a celebration of love.

But let me be real with you—it wasn’t easy. This event was very hustle for us, not just because of the setup, but because the couple also availed our full coordination service. That means everything from managing the program, timing, flow, suppliers, and even the smallest details—we had to handle it all.

And to make it more challenging? The wedding ceremony started at 10AM. Yes, super early! So we had to move fast—no time to chill. We doubled our effort, worked with speed (but still with care), and made sure every piece was in place before the bride walked down the aisle. We were running around, holding flowers in one hand and LED remotes in the other—but at the end of the day, it was all worth it.

Seeing the smiles, hearing the compliments, and knowing we helped create one of the most special days in someone’s life—it reminded us why we love doing this. It’s not just about pretty setups, it’s about moments, teamwork, and heart.

Behind the Scenes: The Work You Didn’t See

Before all the lights, flowers, and guests filled the place—everything was empty. Just a plain hall with blank tables and an open space waiting to be transformed. When we arrived, it was so quiet and bare, and that’s when the real work began.

One of the first things we did was arrange the “picapica” or finger food table. We made sure everything looked neat and presentable—because as simple as it may seem, small things like that still add to the overall feel of the event. While everyone else was busy doing their own tasks, I even found myself doing things you wouldn’t expect—like washing the plates! Yes, sometimes you just have to step in and help wherever needed, even if it means getting your hands wet first thing in the morning.

I also styled the entrance area—nothing grand, but something soft and welcoming to greet the guests as they walked in. Then I focused on the background setup, especially placing the leaves and natural elements to match the warm, earthy tones of the event. It wasn’t a full floral backdrop, but even with simple touches, we aimed to make it feel romantic and cozy.

It may sound tiring—and yes, it really was—but looking back, every task was part of the bigger picture. Every plate washed, every leaf placed, every detail mattered. And when it all came together, that once-empty hall turned into something truly beautiful.

While Waiting… Mirror Selfies and Quiet Moments

After all the setup and coordination, the event officially began—and that meant our team had to wait until everything ended before we could pack up and take down the decorations. So while the program was going on, we had a bit of downtime

And guess what I did while waiting? I took some mirror selfies at the CR! 😅 It’s those little silly moments that help you relax after the rush. Sometimes you just need a few snapshots to remember the day—not just the work, but you in the moment, tired but proud, messy hair and all

We couldn’t leave right away because we needed to be there until the last guest left and the event officially wrapped up. After that, it was time to carefully take down all the decorations we worked so hard on earlier that day

These quiet waiting hours may seem boring to others, but for us, they’re part of the job—the calm after the storm. A moment to breathe, take pictures, laugh with the team, and appreciate the transformation we created together

Today’s wedding setup at San Roque Parish Hall reminded us how beautiful and fulfilling this work can be—even with all the hustle, early calls, and unexpected tasks. From arranging picapica to placing every leaf in the backdrop, to waiting patiently after the event ended—every step was a part of the story. It wasn’t perfect, but it was real, and it was filled with effort and heart

Thank youuu so much, dear readers, for following our journey behind the scenes! Your support means a lot to us. We hope this blog gives you a glimpse of what it's really like to bring a celebration to life. Until the next wedding, setup, or selfie break—stay inspired and stay with us!
