Mis queridos amigos de Hive, este post reporta mi experiencia y resultados en mi participacion en el Reto-Morphosis.
Una experiencia muy edificante y enriquecedora. Que ha marcado el inicio de una nueva etapa en mi vida.
Son resultados muy satisfactorios para mi, celebro que he aprendido a comprometerme conmigo mismo, alimentarme mejor e incluir a las actividades fisicas y deportivas en mi vida diaria.
Hay varios aprendizajes en diferentes areas de mi vida, en la parte emocional, aprender a controlar los impulsos de ansiedad y querer comer dulces, ha sido un acto consciente, en saber que eso no lo requiere mi cuerpo. Tambien mantener una determinacion para ser perseverante durante los 90 dias es una experiencia unica. Aplausos para mi, conocerme y reconocerme como mi principal motivador.

Recuerden que al principio del reto, me enfoque en la dieta, ya que me encontraba de reposo por la lesion en la rodilla, y fue perfecto que ocurriera asi, ya que aprendi mucho sobre nutricion y porciones y cantidades adecuadas para alimentarnos.
Cuando usaba la calculadora, yo colocaba que estaba de reposo: "sedentario" y fueron muchos reportes en los que no me dio porcentaje de grasa corporal, hoy en dia, que estoy activo, me da un aproximado.
Una vez cumplido mi reposo y me active con los ejercicios, pero muchos de estos no lograba hacerlos y ver progreso, avance y fuerza, es una experiencia unica y muy personal, me siento empoderado.
Quiero agradecer a @edmundochauran y @eddiespino por crear esta actividad que ha impactado de manera positiva a tantas personas. Pues la vitalidad y energia que disfruto diariamente, no tiene precio, que el universo les premie y llene de exitos en cada uno de sus proyectos. En lo que yo pueda apoyar a la comunidad de Reto-Morphosis, estoy a sus ordenes de manera totalmente voluntaria.
