As a striving and hard working young girl, I would describe myself as a curious and creative individual.
This curiosity spans from my passion for learning and exploring new things, especially in the field of science. In my leisure time I enjoy doing researches and reading books that enhances my knowledge about certain invading and sporadic parasites.
I'm precious Anietie, a citizen of Nigeria, Akwa Ibom State, Uyo to be precise. I'm from a family of seven with me being the second daughter.
Nobody comes in this world without the support of family, Friends and loved ones cause actually, whatever you will be or become is because of your family. My family has taught me the value of time, honesty, hard work, and commitment
And being the second child, I am liable for my younger siblings after my elder sister who is equally loving and caring and who I confide in most of the time.
I'm a keen reader of novels and inspirational books, and I love to read books that teaches good conduct and how to become a successful person in life, I easily get lost in the pages of good books, you could say I learned this from my grandmother who used to read us bedtime stories and this left a lasting effects on us.

Precious here is a graduate who just finished her Bsc from the faculty of biological science, university of uyo. I was fortunate to meet studious, caring and good friends in the university as well as great lecturers who helped me in my quest for knowledge in the tertiary institution and in the long run helped my academic pursuit.
I am a hard-working student that takes pride in my academic achievements. I have the aspiration of one day pursuing career in science and making positive impact on the world.

I want to become one of the great parasitologists because this is my area of speciality and I love so much even while I was still an undergraduate, Parasitology was my favourite course, exposing me to different parasite that affects not just humans but animals that can indirectly be transmitted to man.
In as much as I love academic activities, I love sport too. I love volley ball and table tennis and also doing exercise in my leisure time cause this helps me to keep fit, maintain a healthy body and immune system.
Having said all that about me, permit me to say I'm so delighted to be part of this platform, hive, I know it might be a little difficult for me to navigate through the platform but with the help of my friend who introduced me to this place, I think I will be able to learn and adapt in no time.
It took a lot of push and encouragement from her before I finally decided to join and explore my interests here because she speaks highly of this place and I could not hesitate any longer to be a part of it.
