Straight to goal

The UEFA Champions League always has some amazing fixtures, but tonight has a quite special one for me. Two clubs of which I have always been a fan are playing against eachother.

Olympique Marseille are playing Ajax Amsterdam in the stade Velodrome in Marseille.

The motto of Marseille, which is in their logo is “Droit au but” which is French for Straight to goal! I just love that mentality of the club and its fans. On the other hand, Ajax have won the Champions League already 4 times, and are always connected to one of my heroes, Johan Cruyff.

But the fans of Marseille had an incredible tifo to (not) welcome the fans and players of Ajax!

What an atmosphere, may the best team win!
