Hola amigos de Hive Arte! estos días he estado dibujando bastante y quería mostrarles un poco del proceso de dibujar a uno de mis Digimon favoritos ahora que se acerca el nuevo juego de Digimon y fue parte de un ejercicio para ver cuánto he mejorado ilustrando y aprendiendo nuevos estilos!
> Hello, friends at Hive Art! I've been drawing quite a bit lately, and I wanted to show you a little bit of the process of drawing one of my favorite Digimon now that the new Digimon game is coming out. It was part of an exercise to see how much I've improved in illustrating and learning new styles!
Les cuento un poco sobre el proceso de dibujar a Dorumon, hace poco en instagram vi que varios creadores estaban mostrando el antes y el después de sus dibujos así que aproveche la ocasión y quise redibujar mi primer dibujo en digital para ver que tanta diferencia había.
> Let me tell you a little about the process of drawing Dorumon. Recently on Instagram, I saw that several creators were showing the before and after of their drawings, so I took advantage of the opportunity and wanted to redraw my first digital drawing to see how much difference there was.
La verdad tenia un poco de dudas con respecto a cómo dibujarlo, pues si lo hacia con mi nuevo estilo se veria un poco mas agresivo, asi que al menos en cuanto al borrador hice ambos, uno con cara más amable y uno más serio.
> To be honest, I was a little unsure about how to draw it, because if I did it in my new style, it would look a little more aggressive, so at least for the draft, I did both, one with a friendlier face and one with a more serious face.

Luego de decidirme por una termine puliendo el lineart y aplicando una que otra ideas de estilos que queria practicar, pero se notarian aun mas apenas empezara a colorear, aunque una parte de mi queria dejarlo en blanco y negro jaja.
> After deciding on one, I finished polishing the line art and applying a few style ideas I wanted to practice, but they would be even more noticeable once I started coloring, although part of me wanted to leave it in black and white, haha.
Apenas empece a colorear ya se iba viendo muchísimo mejor, saque los colores exactos del primer dibujo y los aplique aquí, aunque algunos tuve que cambiarlos porque obviamente no eran los adecuados y se verían muy saturados al agregarles los efectos.
> As soon as I started coloring, it started to look much better. I took the exact colors from the first drawing and applied them here, although I had to change some of them because they obviously weren't right and would look too saturated when I added the effects.
Aquí fue cuando comenzó la magia, porque queria agregarle efectos para que se notara el pelaje, el brillo de los ojos, de la diadema de la frente y también uno que otro detalle de las alas, así que tuve bastante para practicar y honestamente me gusto muchisimo cuando vi como iba quedando.
> This is when the magic began, because I wanted to add effects to highlight the fur, the shine of the eyes, the headband, and a few details of the wings, so I had a lot to practice and honestly, I really liked how it was turning out.
Para terminar, necesitaba un fondo y alguno que otro efecto que lo hiciera destacar así que una imagen con zoom y un borde blanco que no fuera perfecto me pareció lo mejor, ¡así que con eso y un pequeño desenfoque fue todo!
> To finish, I needed a background and a few effects to make it stand out, so an image with a zoom and a white border that wasn't perfect seemed like the best option. With that and a little blur, it was done!
