LURKER HEAD 🦎 (ENG - ESP)

How's it going folks, I haven't posted here in a while! I'm here to show you some of the last illustrations I've done (this one in particular is an experiment). I was playing Skyrim a while ago and one of its monsters gave me the inspiration for this illustration. --- # SKETCH ---  The monster in question is inspired by Skyrim's stalkers so I drew big deformed teeth and I also thought about putting a long tongue to make it more disgusting, the horns seemed necessary although there was nothing behind to inspire them. --- # LINEART --- After finishing the sketch I polished the lines and added details of the throat, tongue and teeth, I thought I should add some scars so I made one on the front of the face. --- # COLOR / RENDER ---  I chose the green tones for the inspiration with Skyrim with the stalkers, although at this point, at some point, I thought about making it red and look like a demon from DOOM but I decided to stick with the original idea, the tongue I thought it should have the characteristic pink tone, but darker to make it more repulsive. Add shadows in specific places to make his skin look more textured and add light to the eyes giving him a more supernatural tone. The horns would be totally smooth but with notches so I added shine, also cracks to the deformed teeth to give context to his split teeth. At the end I just added a background with the lineart in another color and I added a white deformed border to the illustration to give it a sticker style that I thought was appropriate, although I could also leave it like that and that's it. Les vengo a mostrar un poco de las últimas ilustraciones que he hecho( está en particular es un experimento). Estuve jugando Skyrim hace un tiempo y uno de sus monstruos me dio la inspiración para esta ilustración. --- # SKETCH ---  El monstruo en cuestión está inspirado en los acechadores de Skyrim así que le dibuje grandes dientes deformes y también pensé en ponerle una lengua larga para hacerlo más repugnante, los cuernos me parecieron necesarios aunque no hubo nada detrás que los inspirara. --- # LINEART --- Luego de terminar el sketch puli las líneas y agregue detalles de la garganta, lengua y dientes, me pareció que debía añadirle alguna cicatriz así que le hice una en el frente de la cara. --- # COLOR / RENDER ---  Elegí los tonos verdes por la inspiración con Skyrim con los acechadores, aunque a este punto, en algun momento pense en hacerlo rojo y que pareciera un demonio de DOOM pero decidí seguir con la idea original, la lengua me parecio que debia tener el tono rosado caracteristico, pero mas oscuro para hacerlo mas repulsivo. Añadir las sombras en sitios específicos para que su piel se viera más texturizada y le añadiese luz a los ojos dándole un tono más sobrenatural. Los cuernos serían totalmente lisos pero con muescas así que le añadí brillo, también grietas a los dientes deformes para darle contexto a sus dientes partidos. Al final solo añadí un fondo con el lineart en otro color y le añadí un borde blanco deforme a la ilustración para que le diera un estilo de sticker que me pareció adecuado, aunque también podría dejarlo así y ya.  ¡Espero que les haya gustado!
