

Hello everyone! *Pozdrav svima!*
I've decided that I will measure my weight once a week, starting today. I hope this will motivate me to keep exercising daily, because I feel like I'm slowly losing motivation since I'm not seeing any progress.
Maybe turning that progress into numbers, like weight loss, will also help motivate me.
So today's tally is.... 90.5 kilograms. 😒
Ok, I expected a better result, but at least I have something to work for until next week.
