Hi everyone, welcome to Afritune week 185. My name is Peterlolzap. I will be doing a cover of a song by Angnus dei titled "Holy". This song is not just a song. It is a song that reminds me of who my Maker, my Creator, my Mentor is. It reminds me of God's holiness, His majesty and power.
It is a song that tells me that God is the holiest in all things and makes me know that He has inspired me with all His holiness. He came down and gave His life in exchange for mine, with my shortcomings, with my sins. He gave His life on the cross of Calvary and took the burden of sin which I ought to take.
so as for me to have life. And it makes me know that no matter how dirty I am, no matter how wrong I have gone, I should always turn back to the throne of grace and come back to God and ask for mercy. Because in Him there is liberty, in Him there is mercy. So I shouldn't step back to my shortcomings, to my faults and my wrongs, thinking that I will be rejected. For He came and died for the sinners.
So I should learn to always come to Him as a Father and trust Him to wash me up and I should be holy just as He is holy, for He doesn't work with iniquity and anyone who carries sin around Him. So I pray and I hope that this edifies us all and we will live a life of holiness and righteousness and all are in devils. Thank you.
