区块链，币，玩法，写作，社交......暂且抛开这些林林总总，steemit究竟是否有益身心健康？今天我们以大白条 @softmetal这一年多来口头禅的变化，来深入思考探讨这个问题。
大白条 @softmetal （又名软哥，忍太郎，咖喱虎，新泽西吴彦祖），化学家，博士学历，有六块腹肌，爱运动（飞盘），爱美食（咖喱），心地善良，憨厚忠诚，不会走丢。
刚刚开始玩steemit的时候，大白条并没有口头禅，每天只在新手村 @team-cn 的群里预测币价，当时人称“神算”。
不久之后，大白条有了第一句口头禅：忍一忍吧，忍一忍就过去了。
后来，口头禅变成了：姐所言极是！
再后来，大白条变成了金句复读机：“上帝往人间洒满智慧，唯独你打了伞”等等，每天滚动播出。
再再后来，大白条整天说：快过来给我抱一下！
现在，他逢人就说：过来让我糟蹋一下！
短短一年间，从“神算”到“糟蹋”，大白条的steemit之路，究竟会通往何方？
The most difficult thing about painting in gouache is that the colours change a lot after they dry. Sometimes the result can be totally different from what you planed ( so does life). Still I love gouache and do it from time to time. It's especially good for training a painter's 'colour sense'.
