I suppose that most people were (or still are) addicted to smartphones... I did the same as you with the same games that you listed, Candy Crush, Clash Royale, and to be even worse, I got hooked along with my son... lol... I successfully left them when I changed my phone, as I decided NOT to install them at all! To not get into temptation...
The other thing is that I'm getting old, so all those things on the smartphone are too small and I can't see them... hahahahaha... That's the best detox method... When you physically can't do it... 😂
On the other side, I'm addicted to some other things like Hive, Rising Star, checking crypto prices, etc. 😂
