I know that I said that I would use these monthly #HivePUD posts as a sort of monthly recap, but I was writing about my personal stuff all along in September, so I suppose it makes no sense to drag about this post about those things again... Long story short, September was one of the worst months that I had in the last year or two, so if you ask me, we can forget about it ASAP... 😃

On the other side, October (or as some crypto chads like to call it "UPTOBER") is usually one of the best months for markets, and especially for crypto... Most uptobers are "green months", with some nice moves upside... If this October continues as it has started, it will be a lot of fun! Some of the cryptos are already 4-5% up, and we are less than 24 hours into the month! 😃
So, to celebrate this Uptober, and maybe to add a bit of gasoline on its positivity, I have decided to power up 1000 HIVE on today's #HivePUD!!! I did these 1K power-ups a lot last year, and years before it, but the last one was in December 2024, so it was time to refresh my memory about it! 😃 While a lot of people are freaking out about the HIVE price, and calling ZERO, it triggers me to push even more, and to power up even more HIVE... It's hard to believe, but going in the opposite direction from the masses is usually beneficial... Not always, but very often...
Back to the #HivePUD and HivePower accumulation!!!

Another milestone reached! 120K HivePower! Less than 5K needed to reach my yearly goal!
I won't lie if I say that I sucked with content creation in September... After my summer vacation, I couldn't get back to my routine, but hopefully, with colder weather, I will keep my butt closer to my computer and do things... 😃 On the other side, I have exchanged some of my H-E tokens into HIVE, and that was my main source of power-up today!
Along with the other 46 Hivians, I have successfully collected my sixth #HivePUM badge in a row! Yes, it was a rough month, but I stuck to my daily routine of powering up at least 1 HIVE every single day of the month!
Congratulations to everyone who got this awesome badge! This month, 47 users got it! 6 less than in September! Woohooo!

So, what is #HivePUD?
Just a short introduction to HivePUD... What does it mean at all? #HivePUD is short for the Hive Power Up Day. It's an event when Hive members power up their liquid HIVE and stop any active PowerDown! It all began with great fellow Hivians @streetstyle and @traciyork, and is held every 1st day of the month.
