Mausoleo di Adriano was built in 135 d.c based on the model of the Mausoleum of Augustus.

San Pietro and San Paolo welcome us at the entrance to the bridge, the statues were created from the end of the 1400s to the 1700s, the most recent is the one located at the top of the castle, built in the mid-1700s.
Just on the left of the castle we find via della conciliazione, which takes us to St. Peter's Basilica
