Imagine standing at the edge of Antalya, Turkey, where the Lower Duden Waterfalls pour their heart out into the Mediterranean Sea. It's like nature's own version of a grand finale, where the river doesn't just meet the sea, but takes a dramatic leap off a cliff, cascading down in a series of stunning waterfalls. Now picture this: you're there, either on a boat feeling the mist on your face or standing in a nearby park, surrounded by the kind of lush, green scenery that makes you want to breathe deeply and just listen to the soothing rush of water.
This spot isn't just a hidden gem for tourists; locals love it too, turning it into a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle. There's something extra special about the place, with its cozy little alleys nestled on the cliff's edge, lined with palm trees swaying gently in the breeze and flowers adding splashes of color.
I only had a quick stopover here for about 2 hours during a trip to another destination. Unfortunately, I missed seeing it during the golden hour – that magical time when everything looks like it's glowing. But even then, it was pretty amazing. Capturing photos on my OnePlus 9, I tried to hold onto a piece of that beauty. Just goes to show, some places are stunning no matter what time of day it is.
Selfie Time 😁
